Shipping Method

Shipping Fees
Orders received by 11:00 am ET Monday through Friday, non-holidays, typically ship the same day.  All other orders usually ship the following business day. Shipping normally takes between 5-10 business days depending on the order and your location.

Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.

We use EMS and ChinaPost carriers to ship products depending on the items, size, and weight of the order. We charge a flat shipping rate as follows: 
Flat Shipping Rates $5.00

Shipping Confirmation Emails
We will send you confirmation emails when your order is received into our system and when all or part of your order is shipped.  A EMS tracking number will be included in shipping confirmation emails. 

Shipping in Multiple Packages
If your order includes several items, your shipment may include multiple boxes.  We will make every attempt to ship all orders completely and at the same time.  However, we reserve the right to ship multiple-box orders separately and at different times if necessary, in an effort to deliver all the items in your purchase to you as quickly as possible.
